My brother, our VERY pregnant friend and I are all planning on getting an apartment in Maine together. The only problem is that we need to get together money to do it before july 25, which is her due date, because she needs somewhere to live with the baby.
I know everyone has a sob story, but this whole situation is incredibly messed up. Shelly is due in 4 weeks and the low-income housing authority can't find her somewhere to live, and neither she, or my brother, or she and my brother, can pay rent alone, but the three of us-- once I start working-- can afford a place together.
